individual product descriptions. Most items are despatched within 2
working days unless the item is out of stock - in which case we will
contact you. If you require delivery

DELIVERY

For the UK we offer two levels of delivery service - first class post or a next
'working' day delivery service (ie. parcels sent out Monday to Friday will
arrive the next working day - ie. not Saturday or Sunday).
You need to select the delivery service which you prefer.
Most items are despatched within 2 - 7 days. Occasionally you may need to
allow upto 2 weeks if an item is out of stock at the time of order. If you require delivery
of your order sooner - phone us on 0845 370 7262 - and we will do our best
to help.

First Class post usually delivers items within 1-2 days after

want to be sure that your purchase will arrive the next working day after

you can select our next day courier delivery option. Orders are
guaranteed to be delivered the next working day - ie. Monday to
Friday. Please note that the
next day service will require a signature on delivery. |

Items sent to the above countries are despatched by airmail or
courier service depending on the weight of the total order. The
table below shows the delivery costs for each country. Most orders
will fall within the middle delivery band - airmail delivery upto
1100g. The actual delivery cost will be shown on the online order
form when you place your order. |
